From design to fashion to a return to art.
Strategic, luxuriant focused, and extraordinarily driven, Laura's first ventures in the design world started in art, selling multiple paintings by age 13.
The Story
Laura Ciccarello
While studying design at The Fashion Institute of Technology, she took a job as a wholesale brand manager for Fernando Sanchez, working with Saks 5th Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, and hundreds of boutiques.
After completing her degree, she launched her eponymous jewelry and accessories collection, sold in boutiques and online.
Years later, in the face of a struggling luxury market, she returned to her first love: painting.
While utilizing banks, mills, and factories for production, she developed a visual language rooted in transformation and cultural iconography.
Laura's eponymous jewelry and accessories collection evolved into a fine art practice, blending fashion iconography with pop art.
After her return to painting, she debuted at CONTEXT Art Miami during Art Basel Week, building toward her largest scale work to date.
Fashion taught me the power of transformation, but art allows me to speak in a language that is timeless, unfiltered, and deeply personal.
